Artists Needed

Please fill out the following form. You'll be contacted via mail on Cyopets within a few days of submitting your application, letting you know whether or not you were successful.

6. What kind of graphics can you create? (banners, full page layouts, etc.)
7. Do you understand and agree to all the staff rules set out here?

IMPORTANT - you need to produce the following examples:

1. Your own userpage on Cyopets needs to have a layout designed and coded by yourself. This will be looked at.
2. Please create a 50x50 avatar for yourself, with your preferred name on it, and cyopets related art.
3. Please provide as many other examples as possible, preferably some which are cyopets-related.
4. Examples of coding ARE necessary if you answered "yes" to questions 3, 4 or 5.
