Forum moderators needed

At this time, I'm only looking for 2 to 3 people to help moderate these forums. Please post in the following format, filling in the information applicable:

A summary of what types of situations you'd expect to face whilst being in a mod. position and how you would deal with those situations:

As our forums are just starting out and I haven't had the chance to converse with any of you, detailed responses that provide personality insights would really be appreciated
